Chocolate Rocks


Ingredients Quantities

Chocolate 250  gms
Almonds (roasted) 20  
Pistachios (roasted) 20  
Cashewnuts (roasted) 20  
White Chocolate 50  gms

Method of preparation

1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler stirring all the while. When it
has melted completely, take it out of the boiler and keep stirring
till the correct temperature is reached.
2. Add the nuts of your choice and mix so that each nut is properly
coated with the chocolate.
3. Drop spoonfuls on greaseproof paper and let them set in a
refrigerator. Alternately you can use your fingers to shape the
rocks.
4. Decorate them with white melted chocolate. You can place
chopped nuts on top and then allow it to set in the refrigerator.
